General information

The Mode of Presentation: The Mode of Presentation is Oral Presentation with Poster.
It will be about 3 to 5 minutes oral presentation in front of your poster.
Requirements for Abstract: Abstract should be no longer than 250 words.
Title of Abstract should be no longer than 30 words.
Abstract must be written in English. The text of abstracts should be written consecutively in the order of [Purpose], [Method], [Result], [Conclusion],and [ethical consideration].

*When your abstract is accepted, please complete your registration by May 6, 2012 as the deadline of early registration. Please note that if you do not register as early registration, your abstract will be rejected.

Instructions for Submissions

Submission through this Abstract Submission System: All abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission System by clicking the button at the end of this page. In order to test the accessibility of your computer environment, we recommend you to check your network environment before the deadline.

Registration No. and Password: Registration No. is automatically assigned to your abstract at the time of submission, and you will be asked to determine a Password. Using these Registration No. and Password, you can access to and revise your abstract as often as you need Monday, February 27, 2012. You will also be requested to enter your Registration No. and Password to receive acceptance notice. Secretariat of the Global Network of WHO Collaborating Centres will not disclose any Password information for security reason.

We highly recommend you to write down your Registration No. for reference.

How to Submit

1) Fill in all of the required blanks.

* Fill in the blanks from the left. The registration can't be accepted unless all of the required blanks are filled in.

* The blanks should be filled in from the left, also in the main text of abstract.

* Please use single-byte characters for input.

* Regarding symbols, greek letters and other specific characters, please confirm the instructions on the submission page.

2) Click on "Confirm to submit" button.

Your abstract has not yet been registered at this point.

3) Confirmation

* Check if your data are correctly displayed. If incorrect, click "Return to Edit (Input data can be edited.)" button at the bottom of the page to return to the previous page, and edit data.

* Before submitting, please print this page and check your abstract again for any errors and make any required changes. If your data are correctly printed out, now register your text data.

* To submit your abstract, click "Register" button.

4) Completion of your abstract

* A Registration Completion page will appear and you will be issued Registration No. Using this Registration No. and password, you can access to and revise your abstract as often as you need Monday, February 27, 2012. We will not disclose Registration No. if forgotten.

* E-mail confirmation will be sent to the registrant's e-mail address. If you submitted an abstract, but haven’t received an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours, please contact the secretariat.
